Been shooting a new drama for the past few days called "Hidayu". Me is the main guy and the leading lady is a theater girl called Suhaila. Forgotten what her last name is. And some more we worked in the same theater production about 2 or 3 years ago in Ipoh called "Opera Ayu Cendana". I actually took a memory training course. Imagine how bad I'd be if I hadn't taken the course. The first day of the shoot was in a kampung-ish area. Looked more like low cost housing. The population there consisted of so many kids from about 1 1/2 years to about mid teens. There was alot. At first they were fascinated with the equipment and the crew setting up the set. Then they see me and just stare. And then the next thing I hear is, "Bunga!", "Orkid lah!", "Boleh mintak kentang goreng sikit?" I couldn't help but smile at them. But they kept they're distance. The only one that was brave enough to come up to me was this small, tiny, short boy called Hamzami (No, not the singer). I think he only came up to about mid thigh standing next to me. He was about 7 years old. He asked me to sign about 15 autographs for him and his friends. His friends were older than him, but they didn't have the guts to come up and talk to me. I like this boy. I hope he has a great, big future.
